You need to actually call the customer when you're out of stock on a dish. Tips are relative to the amount paid, and a substitute could've been added to compensate. No contact was made, which is highly unprofessional. Order Accuracy is pivotal to a delivery order due to their expensive nature.

I've been a regular here...and today, I ordered 2 entrees and they didn't taste good. Overcooked and oily. Spoke to the manager and they said they made it right and I was wrong. They take no responsibility and have lost me as a customer.

I sent an email to complain but no one has bothered to check with me. The rice had egg shells in it. Egg Foo Yong was too thin, too sweet and burned on the edges.

Ordered Shrimp with Lobster Sauce for first time from your restaurant and was very disappointed. All other items I’ve ever ordered were good but I will never order this again. Very watery/no taste.

We have dined in and order to go so many times but lately the food quality it’s been horrible . The sizes of the food are way less than what you really paying for. Won’t order there again . 👎🏻0 ⭐️

Taro Boba smoothie was almost purely ice sprinkled with budget tapioca pearls. Wonton was overly greasy. Furthermore, the amount per wonton was small, but this is probably why they give you 12 so I will let that go. The BBQ Pork Bun was overall the best part of the order, though the edges were a bit hard to chew (hardened).

Chen’s is usually amazing and I have been a long time fan. Unfortunately, this last order was not up to par. The food was soggy and overcooked. Even the soup tasted like it was overcooked. 🙁

Food was amazing as it is always for us. We have ordered their several rimes at this point. Love the food. The only Sad part was we requested fried chips and sweet and sour sauce.

I had ordered lo mein noodles and instead of telling me it was going to be a separate order and cost more money, they just decided to not give them to me and not let me know they didn’t include it.
